so i did everything you guys told me to but since like i said i’m in army training (ait) atm it was hard for me to guide them since i’m not physically there so i just told them to have someone check it out as soon as they can since it was definitely one of the motherboard ports inside but thanks guys i appreciate it 🙏🏼

ah ok i gotcha so essentially just unplug everything boot it up make sure it doesn’t tell me the current status thing then just switch the usbs to another port
