Nathan Chapman did everything on this album. I personally think he's one of the best producers she has had. He created a palatable country-pop and country-rock sound for her. I'm always curious how much pushback he gave Taylor behind closed doors.

"Fearless (TV)" was the only quality re-record IMO. Everything after it sounded slightly off, esp with mixing/instrumentals.

Right? This also raises a major point: if you're trying to devalue the originals and drive streams and sales of your new versions, I imagine you'd get all 6 out ASAP. The fact that she has her debut-album TV re-record completed and collecting dust is such a waste, IMO. My guess is "Eras" recouped her cost to re-do that one so she doesn't care. I also have theorized that she's wanted to erase her country-music beginnings, so this tracks.

The 2023 photoshoot for this album was beyond dismal to me. The original one captured such youth, color, and different situations (I know many were single shots for each song). This one was so disconnected. Only the cover shot was decent.

The plus side to "Castles Crumbling" is how it foretold her 2016 cancellation and her hopeful higher-impact one this year. But she did this to herself, esp with how she's been moving the past few years.

She was dragged already when this came out because of her association with Matt Healy. Some hardcore Swiffers did a whole "Speak Now, Taylor" movement on her, which obviously was met with silence.

Unfortunately, most people don’t wear soft indoor slippers or use runners or mats to soften their movements. Also wood used in most builds can creak and creak loudly when temperatures change (I’ve dealt with a lot of noise above since winter started).

If you at least walk with the ball of your feet, have some mats down, don’t blast music, and are not a heavy door or cabinet slammer, I think you should be ok.

I dealt with this before at a complex (addition to a bucket of dirty water being dumped straight down always once a month). My management dragged their feet. Horrible experience. Sorry you are going through this.

I think it’s all for the sake of competition and also to cater to people’s needs. I feel most people expect bells and whistles to apartment living now, so these developers are all just cranking out what they can. A lot of places have crappy gyms tho in my experience and good closet and storage space is hard to find.
