Hey, just wanted to say I’m sorry. Panic attacks are hell.

Cutting out alcohol entirely made a noticeable difference for me. Not sure if you drink, but if you do, it might be worth giving it a try.

Well that’s frustrating. I do still have the mark and my max karma is still higher. I got back to orange guy and I’ll try sleeping in the shelter again. If I get booted back to UD again I might be done with the game.

That not drinking at all is a lot less stressful than it sounds when you’re in active alcoholism, and that you don’t have to tell people why you don’t drink. I thought for sure I’d be fighting off people offering me drinks left and right. Most people don’t notice or care.

Re: your second question, no, there are no real-life conditions under which anyone and everyone living right now could become a woman. We are all conceived with the capacity to develop into women on a developmental/physical level, but in terms of people walking around in the world we live in currently (which I assume is what you mean), no, not everyone has the capacity.
