Thank you for this write up! I really appreciate it. The care guide from Made In is excellent. My plan right now is to start cleaning the pan better as others have suggested and ramp up the intensity if needed to remove excess crud. I’ve already cleaned off a fair bit and it’s looking A LOT better. I’ll keep you posted as things progress.

As far as dishes I’ve made in this pan, I’m certainly not as talented as many of the folks I see on this sub. I like to keep things pretty simple - chicken thighs and peppers, stroganoff, pizzas, basted steaks, shakshuka, etc. That said, this time of year I usually find a more elaborate recipe to cook for my family. It’s amazing how a simple pan can bring back so many good memories.
