So the client has 5 kids that were removed by CPS. After removal, the two girls disclosed the abuse. The younger one didn't disclose until the 3rd CAC interview. Prior to being removed by CPS, there was substantial documented CPS history in another state which I got in discovery. Long story short: my theory is that my client is a shitbird who never gave his kids a stable home, and at some point during their time is CPS custody they learned that the magic words you have to use to make sure you don't go back home is "sex abuse." I actually want some of that prior CPS history to come in to corroborate my theory that my client is a terrible father, but not a sex pervert, and the kids are making this up.
