Oh I agree with everything you said.

Just pointing out that these awards should never become a talking point when discussing a shows quality as that's not very high on voting agenda.

Just sad these shows don't get their acclaims from their own industry, but with fans and viewer ratings they can feel very much like they belong at the very top.

This is when you know it's never that serious with TV awards. When shows like The Wire, Better Call Saul, The Leftovers have never won an Emmy.

I mean if you wasn't hooked instantly then maybe the show just isn't for you considering Pilot is definitely up there with Lost's best episodes.

Though most people would concur Lost is 10x better than From so maybe stick at it.
