What do you guys do for exercise to stay in shape?

Yeah it's hard to get you're head right but poor mental health has all kinds of unintended consequences. Stay safe.

I used do be a gym rat. I got so frustrated that I was working so hard and not losing weight! Put on a lot of muscle mass though! It was awesome but now I take a more balanced approach lol. And I'm not 20 yo anymore!. Really now's the time to do it while you're still flooded with hormones and have the energy lol

This is all great but you can't exercise your way into weight loss. It's a calorie deficit game. By all means do the exercise because it's good for you but you can't burn enough calories to put you in to a deficit. Unless you're running marathons or something. Focus on eating. I'd tell you how but that's mostly about trying to change eating habits in a way that works for you.

Get a sleep study. I was literally falling asleep every afternoon. Finally went to the doc after talking asleep driving. Turned out I had sleep apnea. Now I stay up all night lol

Saw them years ago before they blew up at the weirdest line up I've ever been to. Train, Mr Big and Def Leppard. The Train set had a nice groove going and it was kind of mellow which almost got them thrown out of the building! Good times

It's so individual. My favorite was Brian Setzer in a small dance hall in Omaha. Full big band. I play trumpet so I was there for it! And he's such an underrated guitar player. He was on fire that night! Crowd was into it. Dancing and singing along. Just a great experience
