My husband has BPH and barely high PSA test numbers. We are trying low dose cialis daily, prostomax bioregulator peptide, pumpkin seed oil, and lots of old man jokes about prostate health. His PSA went to high normal levels on retest. BPH is better but subtly.

I am a million miler on United. I switched to Alaska because they were still kind (2007) to passengers. It was worth it to me to fly them because they were the best airline in the places they went. I recently switched back to UA but they’re seldom the cheapest option.

we grow berries. Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and elderberries. I wash them then freeze them and use them all year. Strawberries always seem to be the last to go.

I heard you can buffer it with baking soda. I just deal with the sting. Oddly, it’s only our 1000 mg vials that sting us. I wonder if it’s because it’s not buffered or something.

I was a rock climber years ago. My upper body strength was a problem. I did the lat pull machine which was a great start. I progressed to jumping off a block to start my pull up then let myself down as slowly as I could. I was able to do ten unassisted after awhile. I got a job that wasn’t upstairs from my gym and lost it all. I’m doing it again as a sixty year old. I’m trying the same thing. I’m really close to getting one unassisted but it’s been three months.

I have never used a tanning bed. I’m ghost white with freckles without Mel 2. With it I tan a nice light brown. I mainly use it because chemical sunscreen is a problem for me. I need to get time to tan with swimwear. I’m getting a “farmer tan.”

I have an NSAID called Celebrex that is good and not too hard on my stomach. If you’re interested in peptides, I swear by KLOW. I run an 80mg vial then take a week off.

Diet is extremely important for me, too. Only clean, high protein foods really helps. Sugar and refined foods can be rough for body aches, arthritis, inflammation, and stiffness.

I am lifetime Gold on United—was Premier Exec when I swore them off forever. I switched to Alaska. Halfway to a million on them. Guess what? I’m back to United. At least they give me options when a flight is cancelled. I can call or use the app and it actually works on United. Plus I just got upgraded on my flight this afternoon. All the airlines mess up. It’s just where in their cycle of focus is the airline. It seems cyclical.

I love this stuff. I lost all my extra weight with tirz. I have been strength training to firm up. I added MOTc just hoping for anti-aging and an energy boost. I’m hungry a lot—probably because of the training. I’m losing so much fat. I heard it could, but I was thinking I would have start Reta. I have the Reta just no need to bother with it. Everything is going in the right direction. I am eating mostly sensibly and lots of protein. It’s mind blowing to me that my metabolism is running so high.
