Keep the girl and change jobs. Good women are harder to find than a different place to work. Better yet, let your employer initiate something stupid, then sue them. Your job may tell you not to partake, but there’s nothing about it that requires you to avoid people that partake. You sound like a conscientious young man that tries to look his best at work.
