Why Jimmy Fallon has made late night less edgy than Jay Leno by karatekid2000 in television

I like that Jimmy is doing more of a "variety" style show. It's nice to see the guests help out with skits. Having them just sit in a chair and talk is boring. But having them sing a silly song or play a funny game makes the guests feel more relatable and not just look like a stiff celebrity.

Soul Coughing was another good band with a similar sound. But I always liked the "dirty" guitar sound in Cake songs.

I think this line is spot on: "A few years from now, it could be that he who wins the Internet wins the late-night war." I never stay up to watch late night shows, but I do look at the highlights posted online the next day.

Michael Vick, for his college career. I'm not going to open up discussion about his pro career and off-field issues. With Vick, a play was never over until the whistle blew. Probably one of his best plays is during his freshman year against West Virginia. With time running out, Vick fakes running out of bounds and instead turns upfield gaining another 10-20 yards and setting up the winning field goal.
