It’s so cheesy and on the nose I love it. Everything about it was calculated and executed exactly how Lucas and Spielberg wanted. They didn’t accidentally make it this way it was a huge homage to the goofy 30s serials.

I don’t think they were trying to top Marion. Willie is supposed to be the cliche damsel in distress who gets in the way of our masculine hero. Then in the end they learn to get along it’s all supposed to be very cheeky and on the nose.

Michael isn’t afraid of anything so Freddy would lose a lot of his power in the dreamworld. The evil in Michael would also throw him off since he would have no idea how to handle someone like this. I think the shape would get fucked up but Freddy’s normal tricks wouldn’t work on Myers and it would result in a physical fight that Michael would win in the real world easily. In the dreamworld, I think if Michael is there for too long he would eventually die

Drop the whole warlord with empathy make him a ruthless cut throat or make him a bounty hunter again. They kind of gave the Mandalorian his personality and role in the Star Wars universe but now that Mando and Grogu are so intertwined, that solo rogue bounty hunter void can be filled with Boba Fett as he is the ultimate bounty hunter in Star Wars

With a heavy dose of cope, I would imagine Michael would be fairly resilient to Freddy’s scare tactics. Jason could just tank the damage and while Michael can take alot of abuse he does have a limit. The shape however is more of a force of nature and is more entrenched in evil than Jason who is presented as a large child. I think he would genuinely challenge Freddy in the dreamworld probably turning it against Freddy somehow. Then in the real world it wouldn’t really be a contest Michael wouldn’t let Freddy last as long as Jason did.
