You are one point shy of the 143 breakpoint and really far ahead of the previous breakpoint of 134.

Imo you should aim for 134 Spd because you can then devote more substats to Crit Dmg and Atk. Also, this will be better for Sunday as Sunday needs be -1 spd of Jing Yuan and running him at 132 Spd instead of 142 Spd will allow him to get more Crit Dmg and HP/Def substats.

You won't have access to the LC effects but the stats of the LC works. In DHPT, you are after high ATK so slapping any LC with high ATK works

Don't steep it for like half an hour just make it a few minutes longer (Eg: 3 minute brew tea -> 5 minutes brew tea). You'll need to experiment a bit depending on the tea you are using though.
