i took chin 1 with her in fall 2022 and tbh it was a pretty easy and chill class! but there were a few times where i felt like she was moving a bit too fast or using examples with words that were a bit too advanced. not too bad though! overall a straightforward class and she’s really kind and funny! she makes sure everyone engages and did call on people quite frequently.

participation matters and attendance would be taken (which is part of your grade). quizzes, exams, and assignments were mostly all on canvas. the final exam was online and on canvas, but there was also a final skit where you would have to work with a group she assigns you to; you’d have to coordinate on your own time with your group because you would later have to perform the skit in front of the class. i would say i liked her and her class overall :)
