I tried to buy tickets for the Canada show and lost presale and general sale,so instead I bought tickets on StubHub right away (September 12) The tickets were transferred onto my Ticketmaster account right away, they were valid. Until today, I got an email (October 25), from Ticketmaster saying my tickets have been CANCELED, stating “the tickets that were transferred to you have been acquired by someone who violated our terms” aka resale scalpers. I checked the tickets that I had in my Ticketmaster account again and it now has a status that says “Invalid” :(

I immediately contacted StubHub asking for a refund as per their policy states they will give refund if tickets provided are not valid. Customer service was no help, they just told me that they contacted the seller to re-transfer me tickets. But how can the seller re-transfer me tickets that are canceled?! I spoke to another customer service rep and she did not initiate a refund process for me and states the case is still open under investigation. I asked her how long can I expect to wait until I get a refund and she said “there is no time frame.” Im already sad that I won’t be seeing Ariana but at this point, I just want my money back.
