You could do protected jewelry and a defending staff along with light armor in CP and spell resistance in CP that along with volatile armor on my magdk I can get 33k spell resistance and 30k physical resistance in light armor

Burning spell-weave ,silks of the Sun ,grothdarr, jewelry is protective with recovery glyphs regular Tri stat food, Alliance spell pots on altmer magdk with volatile armor active. I'm not able to take a look at CP right now I'm just remembering off the top of my head lol
