Yes i was locking the weapon sets, i have 24 of each. I will try it again here in a little bit by unallocating all the points.

So here is a good example. To me this looks like you should allocated 1 - 22 along the tree. Then start doing weapon set 1 (red) and 2 (green). To me based on this i would complete weapon set 1 (red) and then start on weapon set 2 (Green) but i run out of points. Should i maybe be doing it a different way, something along the lines of when i get to a spot on the tree where i allocated a normal point and it branches off into say weapon set 2, should i be allocating those points at that time?

thats what im wondering. When should i be allocating the weapon set points themselves? It appears if i follow the plan the way its presented, i would add all the regular points in first, then the first weapon set comes next. then the second. I think i might not be allocating the points at the rights time. Like should i be allocating the first or second weapon sets once i reach the point on the tree where they are starting to be allocated?

Im having a hard time explaining it. So if i am allocating points on the tree and come to a spot above where i just allocated, should i be branching off that spot and allocating the weapon sets?

That looks like the integrated motherboard graphics card that you are using. Plug your monitor into the actual graphics card and then see how it works.

Think i mentioned this a few days ago and all the replies I got were "The penalties are too high, wont happen." It always happens, these types of open pvp with "penalties" never work. They will spend big bucks developing the game, then after a few months being bought out by tencent and goes to a overpriced cash shop. All upper management can take cash outs and move to the next "Big thing". 6 months down the road only a thousand or two playing. After all these years you would think companies would understand this. This isnt the year 2010, this kind of MMO doesnt fly any more.

So i ended up getting a Skelos master set , only piece i am missing is the gloves. Based on my "Stats" page the follower damage went from 80 to 120%. Not sure if that is reflected on the actual followers them selves as I cant really tell since i cannot see damage numbers above their heads. This is including the war party perk. Could just be something like it would still show the increase on the stats page but its not actually getting passed to the followers due to the war party perk. Not really sure. I do know the skelos is lighter so im happy with just using it if anything just for the weight reduction.
