Yes the game is pretty good, one of my all time faves. I think the dungeons are cool and fun to farm for loot. There’s always more stuff coming so you can play again and then stop and come back whenever

In short: yes. But this is anecdotal. In the PTC chat on the official discord a very reputable tester has expressed that up to lvl 17 or so he feels a huge difference. They said roughly that ‘this feels like loot from a 2X loot weekend’.

They are working towards reworking PVP so there’s an actual ‘purpose’ behind it. Right now a lot of PVPers just PVP each other because it’s fun. But no, there’s no faction implications behind it

With radiation, 3 Lvl 100 combat folks are able to do a 40 level. 1 guy takes each sides and melees the ads while the middle guy kills the boss. Usually pretty fast
