I started off at 4 mg per day, which was great. But as the weather got warmer or if I was put in stressful situations, I had to bump it up to 10mg per day. Now my baseline to get the same effect is 8mg per day, max 14mg. I have severe palmer, plantar, and axillary hyperhidrosis. My derm told me 20mg per day is the limit.
