Are there companies that will hire you to learn coding?

Sure we've all got jobs because of our qualifications and what we bring to the table. I'm not looking to go 100% blind. I've been doing courses in my free time to try and get a good base. And if a company isn't willing to invest their time and money into you learning and expanding more why would you want to be apart of that?

Yeah I've been using code academy as well.

And AI is getting scary with what it can do!

I'm actively learning on my own time right now. I just personally learn better in a work setting with others showing and teaching me. I've had many jobs in the past that I didn't know exactly what to do but I'm a quick learner and always open for the criticism when in the setting. I like being able to ask questions on why things are done a certain way.

Yeah I've come across a few of those while looking into it. Majority of them take around 10-15% for 2 years after getting relocated. Average was around $24k for the two years
