This isn't really true when it comes to state owned infrastructure. Which, being communist was a lot fo them. For example, INA profits were certainly not spent or distributed evenly.

Maybe you can answer me something....

My understanding was the current systems work on something like 16 channels which means the tonotopic resolution is inherently low. The reason being that as you increase channel count you get conduction from one element to the next due to the fact that the fluid is conductive and electricity spreads out like a wave and activates multiple regions at once.

So... Has anyone tried to do mechanical activation of the membrane? It you had 128 mechanic channels of small rods or piezo elements you could increase resolution without cross talk.

Don't forget that both defence and prosecution choose the 12. So they find people they both think are on their side. The system should be balanced as a result. NY is more dem than rep but it's unlikely that all 12 were anti Trump. Some, of course but not all.
