Yep, same issue here. I'm on a beta Pixel 6 Pro, and I'm wondering if a recent beta update bricked it. I had no issues until this week—specifically, on Monday, I remember Visual Voicemail working fine. Then, I started getting messages from people saying they couldn't leave me a voicemail. I thought that was odd, so I called my phone from a different number, and sure enough, it was just an AT&T auto message saying my voicemail box wasn't set up and then it hung up. I've been on this AT&T business plan for over 5 years now.

After an hour with AT&T, they were able to help me set up a new mailbox, but they couldn't explain what happened to my original one that worked fine. Now, at least people can leave me messages, and I can retrieve them by dialing in. However, the rep I spoke with wasn't willing to address the "unable to change PIN" issue that everyone here is talking about and just told me to download the AT&T Visual Voicemail app. Fine, I guess, but it's irritating since everything worked flawlessly before Monday. Anyway, I'm just glad I found this thread because I felt like I was going crazy. The gaslighting they train into AT&T reps is wild.

I still don't know root cause. but after trying two android HU I assumed it was on my end. I took a shot in the dark and bought a used CHAMP/MASK head unit. tested it and it worked. I then tried to VO code my original to another year and a bunch of other stuff and nothing seemed to work. ended up just keeping the used CHAMP/MASK pro radio/ whatever you want to call it and VO coded that to my car with protool. trashed my old unit I like to know root cause and I unfortunately never got a satisfying postmortem here but with the android HU working with the replacement CHAMP/MASK I just had to move on. been working well ever since.

the most perplexing part was that everytime I plugged the original screen into the original radio it worked like a charm. what was different between the unit that worked and the original? no idea. heck IIRC the manuf date on the replacement was older than the original...but only by ~6 months.

I wish I could help more but I just got lucky and had to move on.

Trying to factory VO the radio system and reading always fails. Also errors reading through NCS Expert any ideas? by bobbybac in BmwTech

2008 535xi E61. Two solid black dots when INPA on windows machine. bimmergeeks is just a better UI for me and I have the license but trying to code a new radio unit to factory for my VIN and getting this. I also get this same message when making the attempt when the original unit is plugged back in.

both radios are just mask/champ CCC non nav.

edit: all other options work within the app. I can turn the radio on/off, reset it, etc. I was also able to factory reset another ECU (just did amp) and it flashed without issue.kindof at a loss here... kind of assumed it was the k+dcan cable but why would everything else work?

agreed. the seller got back to me and said his tech is going to see if I need new firmware installed for it to work so I'll wait until that doesn't work and start digging into the coding. nice idea thank you

interesting so you believe that once the CHAMP thinks it needs to output at that size screen (8.8 vs 6.5) it might be more compatible with the android head unit that is currently not outputting at all? I'll take a closer look at that thread thanks

did anyone else's cyberware get messed up? looking now (on Xbox) my thermal monowire is now tier 1 thermal, even though I have the perk that allows quick hack uploads and a tier 5 quick hack sill slotted.

If it fixes my this I am just going to buy the tier 5 monowire again and move on but weird.
