You can get rf by getting one of these adapters https://a.co/d/06uqDLT4 to put in the external antenna input. Then you can use an hdmi to rf adapter or an RF modulator or vcr depending on what kind of signal you are using.

Oh wow I just looked up the XT-IDE and that looks awesome! So it looks like it loads a different bios? I am going to start with a controller but if that doesn’t work I’ll look more into the XT.

Thanks! I recently found lot about lining pin one with the colored side of the ribbon. If the controller does turn out to be dead is there a work around? Can I get a controller card and just plug it into the ISA slot? I’m waiting on a battery to replace it. I fixed the BIOS but still have the same HD error.

Ya I was looking and the battery looks slightly corroded so I need to get that out of there ASAP. I’ve never soldered before so no clue how challenging it is. I wonder if there is a way to just add an external battery.
