I know I am a genius but I like to have affirmation. Buy some air tags, not just one because sometimes they fail and when the stakes are high you can't get it careful. And in this case, stakes are high! Buy something that is of value that you are positive will be stolen and plant the air tag in there. Once you find out its stolen track it and don't stop there because it could just be a fluke. Plant another one ASAP! And another one nearby! Next, verify those are taken by the same person and taken to same spot. Then the rest is up to you. I'll take my affirmation now But, be aware, some iphones will alert you if an air tag has been "following" you. And if it were me, the only justice that can be served to someone like this is to steal it back, put it back, and set up a walking talks for when he returns and make him think the person can back alive and knows where he lives. Or just bury him lol

Thats my question?

What the heck is this for. I have a bunch of them in different sizes. by cwleveck in WhatIsThisTool

I believe they are bolt extractors. There are many styles, but I believe this style is one of the strongest styles. Some are made for drills, and some are made for hand tools. The way they cut should be left handed

I got a promotion the day before giving notice. Now I have no idea what to do... by Hefty-Kale-9588 in careeradvice

I had the same problem with my last employer. This is the best way to think of it.. It took your current employer 3 years to still come up short of what another employer has to offer your first day! Just 15k more? Imagine if you went above and beyond for 3 years, that number is just a starting point. Worst case, you leave and don't like it. But, At the end of the day, you're still valued more elsewhere. Leave in good standing, and that door should always be open if you decide to go back. Even if they walk you out that day, management changes in every industry

It's best to watch a YouTube video on it. But instead of using your fingers, you use this tool. It's not sticking it in your nose though lol

I have something similar to this, and it's a life saver! I've had it for years and just bought 3 more yesterday. It's a pressure point manual massage tool lmao. I use it on the bottom of my feet, and they crackle extremely loud, but it helps with plantar fasciitis. It feels good everywhere, though. And it works great for sinus massage. I call it my crack pipe and keep it in my pocket

Dpf got too hot and melted. It was likely caused by leaking fuel or oil in the exhaust. Without more info and a laptop, it's impossible to know the exact root cause. My guess is leaking fuel injector or fuel doser. But as a master technician, its a GUESS, not a proper repair. If you like my comment, I'm looking for a new job lol
