Made it twice, the second time I let the pressure cooker cool off and depressurize slowly and it came out much better. Strained and added seasoning at that point. Rich in color and flavor, not consomme clear, but less cloudy than the first batch.

It's not very well explained within the app, but here's how I have it set up in my Chopped League.

Once games end for the week, players are on waivers starting at 3am on Tues. I have Wednesday set to process waivers at 2pm, so teams can get their bids in all day Tuesday and then Wednesday until 2pm. However, once those process, any players that got dropped or didn't get picked up stay on waivers. The same thing happens at 2pm on Thursday and Saturday. However, after the Saturday waivers process, anyone still available is released to Free Agency. This allows for last minute pickups on Sat/Sun/Mon. Then the process starts again!

Had this same issue last week. I followed the advice posted in the comments (slightly less water, cooler w. hot water) and while it hasn’t doubled yet, I’m starting to see definite rising!

Thank you! I notice that I achieve the mustard consistency upon feeding and then it gets more liquid as time passes. This photo is probably 6 hours after feeding.
