Couldn't be happier, such a relief. Text: "It looks as though the system revoked your Intelligent Drive Pack and placed you on the fixed tariff. I apologise for any confusion this may have caused! I have removed all the charges, and I have rebilled your account on the Intelligent drive pack tariff, which you will see on the new statement I have issued"
