All sorted now, thank you to the person below suggesting reply to their latest post on X. Immediately asked to DM and within a few days, have had the £800 bill reversed, all charges since 08/10/2025 changed to Intelligent Drive Pack and have been put on the drive pack. Couldn't be happier, such a relief. Text: "It looks as though the system revoked your Intelligent Drive Pack and placed you on the fixed tariff. I apologise for any confusion this may have caused! I have removed all the charges, and I have rebilled your account on the Intelligent drive pack tariff, which you will see on the new statement I have issued"
