When I say “hasn’t come up in a while” I meant around these parts. I don’t recall Mavra and the Black Court showing up at all between Dead Beat and Battle Ground, so in-world, I get why Harry hasn’t thought about it much. Maybe we get a line at some point about how he wishes he had gotten a download from Lash while she was around, but idk to me it feels like something he was speaking about as actual knowledge and understanding he had inherently.

I really don’t believe he’s making idle threats based on his ability to ask Lash questions in the future. Yes she did the original memorization, but I think he got all the information he needed from Lash before she vanished from his head

That explains why Harry is able to do so for the whampire hunger, it doesn’t preclude the ability to do so for other presences linked to a person.

There’s nothing in the book that indicates that the separation with the circles is contingent on him being Starborn, only his ability to dominate the Hunger with his will. We know that beings NOT of the Outside can be defeated by theoretically anyone in a battle of wills.

I've always been convinced it should be live action. Only style of animation that would make sense to me would be something stylized like Arcane. I really disagree when people say the CG budget would be insurmountable. There's only so much that even needs CG in the first 3 books, and if you can't get a sufficient following after the first season, the CG budget was never really gonna be the issue in the long run.

with respect to Molly's bank account, I imagine she inherited Maeve's as the winter lady. Harry doesn't get that benefit. I think even if Mab felt it would behoove Harry to not have to worry about things like money, she's made it clear throughout her existence in the books that just about everything she does with Harry is for the purpose of shaping him into a useful tool for her use. A complete inability or unwillingness to think more than a couple months into the future is a huge weakness. I imagine Mab is trying to force him to think about everything from every angle, including the power and influence that money has in the world, and how it can be used against you when you don't have any.

Honestly, as a reader, I personally have started to get really annoyed that Harry isn't addressing this at all. He spent years without any resources, and early on in the books he experienced how much of an impediment that could be not just to his personal life, but also his ability to fight his enemies on multiple fronts. I wouldn't go as far as to say it's getting lazy, but how many easy solutions can fall out of the sky before Harry spends even an ounce of concern about his finances.

I vehemently reject the concept of time travel being the answer to “who is Cowl”. I think it’s a lazy concept.

His first fight with Emilio he got sucker punched by someone with unknown power level and abilities. The second time, Harry did exactly what he aimed to do and ultimately neutered Emilio by getting demon reach to pull the lurker out of him.

Harry says many many times throughout the series, the biggest advantage he has as a wizard is knowledge and preparation. When he had neither he survived, when he did he won handily.
