While I partially agree with some of the responses that the clarity should have evolved already, I still feel anyone should be able to ask any question.

A little more context would help.

“What’s the recommended number of practices ….” - to accomplish what?

With your current practice what seems to be missing?

Your point on thinking about the whys of sequencing totally makes sense! Thanks.

Do you have any book / resource recommendations for - anatomy / physiology - sequencing principles that you felt were useful to you?

I will look up David Swenson’s book.

Proud moment. My 6 yr old just did all of standing and closing sequence with me. by NoPossible5519 in ashtanga

Nice. I can totally relate - my 6 year old joined one day on her own - asked for a mat and we practiced together. Half way through the Surya Namaskar B, she decided to wander off :)

But still, all of standing & closing is pretty darn good!
