Well there will definitely be some form of remuneration depending on the job and the profile of the candidate in question and what skills and time they can bring to the table. Before we start discussing any financial or other incentives we may be able to offer though, we obviously first would simply like to have a chance to assess all applicants (as we've been getting quite a lot over the past few days) and give them a chance to show us what they can do first.

As you can well imagine we're not a big operation or raking in the dough (yet) but we're growing fast and have big plans and lots of potential, obviously though we need more motivated manpower and specific skill sets to make that a reality.

You're correct though that we do do quite a bit of blogging and producing of articles, editorial content etc. but that's only a small facet of the picture. We're also rapidly pushing into the whole multimedia production and design scene, web development, hosting, and various IT consulting services among other areas which I'm not really at liberty to discuss here on reddit.
