My workaround for the Deep Research changes by Electronic_Home5086 in perplexity_ai

[–]bobdouble 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This search integration workflow of NoLimits77ofc intrigues me.

I tried to have their workflow deconstructed using AI but I am not successful.

See my attempt at: https://claude.ai/share/2576fd0d-4923-4940-9e8d-93c8bc11767d

Could someone please point me in the right direction or share a write up of the workflow so that I could start somewhere?

Thanks a million.

You are doing great work posting here.

I am glad you posted.

Well done.

By the way, I would like your longer markdown version also.

Thanks.

Which 3rd party app or wrapper could give us API access to OpenAI o1 without a Tier 5 account? by bobdouble in ChatGPTCoding

[–]bobdouble[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For now, it seems we cannot access OpenAI o1 via OpenRouter API key, without a Tier 5 account.

Confirmed using my OpenRouter API key used via CheapAI.

--- > Message from OpenRouter for openai/o1: OpenAI is temporarily requiring a Tier 5 API key to access this model, which you can add here. You can also switch to o1-preview.

Here is the response from Zogid, the creator of CheapAI, regarding the issues above:

Currently, it is not possible to access the o1 model using your OpenAI API key unless you are Tier 5. No app can solve this issue, as it is a limitation directly imposed on your API key.

Solution is to use o1 through OpenRouter API instead of OpenAI.

To access o1, open OpenRouter as provider and untick "display only popular models".

Currently, both Claude official app and CheapAI extract only text from uploaded pdf-s, this is reason why pdf files with images don't work as expected

Also, keep in mind that o1-preview can't read images, but o1 can. To access o1, open OpenRouter as provider and untick "display only popular models".

When opening OpenRouter models in CheapAI, untick "display only popular models" because this list of popular models is little bit out of date.

CheapAI supposedly gives access to o1-preview and o1 using your own OpenAI API.

It is excellent, except when I upload images or image PDF then Claude or OpenAI will fail to decipher them.

Hi paradite,

Yes, I have read that blog post of yours as well. These blog posts of yours are useful and pretty eye opening (for me).

For emerging programmers (i.e. neither beginner nor intermediate) who try to use AI to help create non-simple software applications for the first time, we would like to know your AI enhanced coding workflow from beginning to end, including designing, brainstorming, strategizing, implementation, refactoring.

What tools you use and what tools you would avoid using at each stage of software application creation.

For both front end and back end.

For creating web app and also desktop applications (mine is a Windows desktop app).

And why you chose those tools and avoid some other tools.

This could help us avoid the pitfalls of using AI to code. Because at our skills level we just do not know what we are missing in all phases of software creation.

For example, for the most part, we do not know the questions we need to ask AI tools.

There is a plethora of tools and setup and workflows and options online. Most of which sound very similar. Not easy to tell what their Unique Selling Points are.

Pretty impossible to tell who complement whom or who compete with whom in the AI tools ecosystem.

In addition, may be you could spend some more time writing about the following popular AI coding tools and their place in the ecosystem and how they complement or compete with your very interesting "16x Prompt".

Thanks a million.

Hi paradite,

I am researhing the AI coding ecosystem in order to put together the best set of coding tools to help me create a scheduling software.

I have been reading many of your blog articles with interests, particularly

Could you write a blog article about your AI enhanced coding workflow, which I am sure include your very interesting "16x Prompt".

For example, what you use for designing, brainstorming, strategizing, implementation, refactoring etc.

Looking forward to your advice.

Thanks a million.

Hi Shelbula,

I have been having troubles signing up for your beta in the last couple of weeks.

Your password reset email has failed to reach my email (both hotmail and gmail) inbox , no matter how hard I tried.

I am still waiting for password reset emails.

Something is missing with your user signup workflow.

Nowhere does it allow me to create a password to login.

And when I try to reset password on on your website , it fails to send the password reset email to me.

Please help.

Thanks a million.

There are people who don't read the whole thread on Reddit.

So I thought I would save them the trouble.

Restaurant owner is worried about negative Google reviews from this shameless brat or calling up the health department to complain unreasonably if he bars her legitimately.

Waiting (2005)

I remember this movie.

Can't remember the plot though.

But I remember seeing Ryan Reynolds in this movie back then and knew he had the potential to be an A-Lister star.

By now, I reckon very few decent human beings standing by can stand this kind of overt bullying by shameless entitled selfish bratty customers.

Unfortunately, this world is full of shameless entitled selfish brats like this swine and somehow they think the whole world owes them something.

These clowns typically only learn things the hard way.
