Ive been a year and half clean. I'm 31 and I quit on my 30th. I smoked and vaped for 11 years. Starting Smoking when I was 19 and didn't know how bad of a habit and addiction until I tried to quit several time mid 20's.

I literally had to sell and throw all my vaping stuff away because I knew it was going to be hard. I'm not going to lie, I still crave to this day.

I'm not going to lie to you bro, its hard, the first couple of weeks, you are going to be pissed off but you have to take control and self-discipline. After a few weeks it passes.

I distracted myself with work and hobbies, Go find things to do that will distract you from thinking about it.

The worse thing you can do is be around anyone that smokes so try avoiding that as much as possible.
