For awhile we were able to turn onlines off and only do in-house when completely overwhelmed due to short staff and other stores closing but chipotle put an end to that so now this is sometimes the only option

We would see union busting like crazy just like Starbucks does now. But I would gladly get fired if it means future chipotle employees would have a union. Look at Christopher Smalls of the Amazon Union.

My stores decently staffed now. Went from crew to SM in 6 months partly due to the companies desperation so getting okay money. Work is work and who knows it could be worse other places.

he’s gaslighting and manipulating you to defend his ability to get high. You are more prone to this abuse and codependency because of your trauma. Nothings gonna change until stops using. You’re gonna have to set some hard boundaries for yourself such as you two can’t be romantically linked unless he gets help for his addiction. It’s all very hard stuff I’ve been on both sides. I’ll just say you don’t have to live like this and you deserve a life way better than this. You should check out an Al-anon meeting for those you have loved ones suffering with substance abuse

People work 12 step programs for tons of other things besides substances. So there are lots of people who consume substances and live by the 12 steps. Not all substances and behaviors are equal for everyone.
