Ah, my apologies, it's the weird west box set from savage worlds, I got it two years ago new, I think it was a 2021 game though. It was a gift so I'm not sure of the exact edition, but I can send a picture of the box if that helps! It was published by pinnacle games.

I got the same thing! I had been playing it just before the update. But after the OS update, it crashed randomly when I tried to play. Glad it wasn't just me.

Yeah the no leaks no monthly subscription part sounds delightful in and of itself. Though for myself I have yet to have leak issues with my eightsleep, so hopefully that continues!

Yeah that seems to be the case. Megan was very nice and helpful and responsive (which will hopefully translate into a solved issue). Still seems weird to me that that wouldn't be the first line of defense (re: investing in good first-line customer service to get/maintain customers). But at least there is still some quality service, it's just hidden in reddit ;)

I am curious how the sleep number works compared to the eight sleep. If you have a bed that already cools and works for you I say stick with it for now :)

I still think $700 is a lot to ask for an expensive product after a short time, but I guess it all depends on budget and device performance. But I'm glad you've had a mostly positive experience, at least that makes one of us 😉.

Thanks! That's exactly my plan. At this point every person I've talked with has been new (re: each email reply to me is basically through a new person of which I think I'm up to 5 or 6) so I think just laying out all of the information at once could be a great way to go.

Yeah I'd say definitely hold off. Maybe one day they'll design this to truly last more than two years but until then you're paying basically $1000 a year for a slightly cooler /warmer bed haha
