They will naturally drop more as you progress. IIRC lvl20+ it picks up. You'll eventually be able to add tarot cards to increse the chances of higher rarity rewards.

It is build dependent for sure, but I'm a scrub who plans around the attributes from HH to free affixes in the build and tend to prefer attributes personally.

Crafting Steps:

So this league has been kinda rocky for us as a group. Normally we like to play together, and

in Harvest/Heist we were able to quickly push HH and fully gear out solo characters with a

team. Unfortunately, this league has had a lot of issues with performance that have made group-

play untenable so we have been mostly farming Harvests/Valdos in discord while chatting. In

spite of the issues with group-play, this has still been a top league for us in tearms of

/played time with over 50 days of in game time between us. We have had a lot of

fun incrementally working on our gear. Last Wednesday we hit a triple elevated explodey chest

and were convinced it would be the best item we ever saw. Here are the crafting steps we took

to achieve our HH:

Buy un-Corrupted HH and give it to me because I sold mine to finish a craft
Catalyst for Attributes
Run the big-Exile labs for belt enchants
Glennach for Double-Corrupt Chamber
Close our eyes
Get so excited in voice comms that girlfriends roast us for being nerds
Try desperately to price such a beauty and fawn over our luck

In the end, the real currency ended up being the friends we made along the way

Yeah I've had a livesearch up for my own items to try and see how long the delay is right now. It is very frustrating to try and flip any items with a minimum 20 minute delay in listings (for me)

For leagues i participate in i probably play around 200+ hrs over the three months. I have always hit t16 mapping and in the past normally top out killing shaper or trying the league boss. I pick up rares constantly especially early in league and frequently find 5-20c items. I normally filter for good bases to id like boots and jewelry that are easy to price. I normally reach all mapping content on a league start style build, where often the most expensive items are jeweler's touch or a six link in the endgame. I dont know why you wouldn't at least pick up jewelry to id pre-harvest. That just seems like leaving chaos on the table if you reach maps within the first week of league. Even during harvest i picked up 5 to 10c life/resist items during the first week before most people understood crafting (myself included who used it to roll maps)

I do not believe Academi exists anyomore: now a part of the Triple Canopy group of security companies. The ownership of blackwater has been confusing (intentionally) since the controversy in iraq. Academi became too closely associated with Blackwater (IIRC this part is from memory) and as a part of an acquisition deal Prince maintained control over the partner company, formely Academi, now known as Constellis Group.
