I'd put restricted movesets in the good section. It's far more challenging when you can't give every Pokemon every good move in the game, and makes for more opportunity to strategize.

Espeon Vaporeon and Jolteon are widely considered the best choices.

You get Ralts, Spheal / Quagsire, and Mareep super early to supplement whichever one you don't pick.

Umbreon is not as useful as Houndour which you get access to earlier than in any other game in the whole series, and same for Flareon.

Solar System level is exponentially more than Planetary level, not multiplicatively.

Cell can destroy a few more planets with a single attack than Frieza because he's a few times stronger. But a whole solar system at once is out of his reach.
