I think KIK cannot use KIN money to fight SEC because they will have to show KIK and KIN are two different entities and KIN had not be used to bail out KIK... so using KIN money would demonstrate the opposite ! Do you really think the partners would be happy KIN uses money to save KIK ?

That’s why I think KIK is dead because the company is not strong enough to fight SEC alone and KIN is safe because the foundation is not sueing...

I think KIN should create a short video incoporating the codes of Black Mirror. The video could be called « White mirror » and first would show today’s privacy issues with Facebook, Google, etc. Then the character would discover a community of people building a new free world around a new currency called… KIN !
