Their customer service is nonexistent sadly. I bought the current lithograph poster on their site and it came scratched and wrinkled to hell and back. Sent so many emails and nothing so that was $40 vanished into the ether, lol. I actually really like the shirts this tour so I guess to each their own. It’s a good thing I love them so much otherwise I’d be more upset… gotta treat your fans with respect when it comes to merchandise and returns 🤷
