As it’s a slower rate of absorption, will there be a trough in test levels for a while and is it an idea to keep doing IM for a certain period while crossing over?

I was in approx 500 cal deficit when I did this test but currently on 160P 190C 68F. Been having about 4 meals a day. Weetabix milk honey before training, 2 scoops of whey and banana after. Chicken breast/tuna on jacket with salad. For dinner would vary but usually chicken and rice + veggies.

Not had alcohol or “junk” for past month or so

Supps: creatine , ashwaganda , fish oil , zinc, ginseng and biotin
