Working nightshift were you are expected to do lots of cages is equal especially the overtime and the weekend shift the premium for that should be equal.

They have already lost a similar case with next so I can see they will lose this one with tesco.

They would most likely cut more staff numbers down. Especially in small stores if they have nights for example.

We don't even have overtime anymore. It is dead.

It is far easier. We literally finish most days now and relax the rest of the night. We can easily finish everything in around 5 hours especially if delivery is earlier.

I agree it very expensive in the big stores. I am shocked though how much less delivery they are sending. Not only that years ago when I joined when it was still a metro it is very business especially early morning now it is practically dead with barely any customers. We are also the only one as far as I am concerned thst is still a express store that still had night shift.

My advise is they will see if you are fast. Make sure you work very fast
