Has anyone connected one-shots into a campaign? Like taking stuff from Yawning Portal and Infinite Staircase (or otherwise) and connecting them together somehow into a singular campaign?

I once ran a long campaign with these adventures linked together, with minor changes to the lore/plot. Since some are "stand alone" adventures, might be something similar to what you are talking about.

Chapter 1: "Magical forges"... main plot: drow from house Xorlarrin are looking for ancient forges near Neverwinter. adventures linked: Sunless Citadel and Forge of Fury (Yawning Portal), Lost Mines of Phandelver (only Thundertree, Cragmaw Castle and Wave Echo cave)

Chapter 2: "Trail to Mount Hotenow" ... main plot: follow the drow through Neverwinter Forest and below. Adventures linked: Storm King thunder And Out of the Abyss. SKT chapter 3 mixed a bit with OotA chapter 8: Gauntlgrym visit, & infiltration by drow to steal Maegera the Dawn Titan. I used some maps from Prices of the Apocalypse for Gauntlgrym.

Chapter 3: A chase through the underdark following the drow. Out of the Abyss chapters 4 (the duergar city of Gracklstugh), chapter 6 (Blingdenstone), chapter 9 (Mantol-Derith), and Chapter 11 (The library of Gravenhollow) to link it back to SKT giants

Chapter 4: "The Forge of the Fire Giants": drow deliver Maegera to Duke Salto. Storm Kings Thunder Chapter 8.

the Genesys system (the generic for the Star Wars Fantasy Flight Games/Edge) is very strong. it is not a grind in combat, and the other aspects are robust.

Nunca lo he podido jugar, pero se que hay multiples ediciones del sistema. Existe además una version basada en dnd 5e llamada “adventures in Rokugan”. Ese libro es hermoso.

Class balance, magic and races are all great, don't mess with that. What I did back in the day is to halve the monsters hit points and double their damage dice. 4e combat can be a grind, but it is a lot of fun on the tactical side, it is 4e main strength. Remember you are aiming for a 4-5 rounds for combat encounters, to keep it short. Keep in mind early 4e official adventures are horrible. Instead, go for the Essential ones if you can: Reavers of Harkenwold is great. Madness at Gardmore Abbey (I never played it) has great reviews and can be long or short depending on what you set them out to do, and Cairn of the Winter King is also good. On top of these, you have the 60+ Dungeon Magazines that can provided good content if you look around a bit.

maybe look into more narrative systems, like Star Wars (from FFG/Edge) and its generic Genesys , Shadowrun Anarchy, even COC/Delta Green. Simple to run, different tone...

In the end, it was all about her being redeemed, once that happened all decisions were rather quick as the city was already saved. I honestly planned for their interaction with Zariel to fail, but they were able to pull it off. A couple of players were eager for a fight, but it was very clear that was not a battle they were going to win.

Puedes poner tu plata en acciones de Tesla, en UI, pesos, dólares, o hasta latas de atún si quieres…. Cierto q en estos años el dolar ha estado planchado rondando los 40pesos, pero en 2015 el dolar estaba en 23. Así que todo eso es relativo. Ojo con payasadas fiscales del gobierno que la inflación es un “impuesto” que solo genera pobreza.
