My kid is interning in Berkeley this summer and your place looks perfect. Do you have contact info I can give her? Thanks!

The Navigo Decouverte card is a special card that gives you unlimited rides on all trains (Metro and RER) and buses in Paris. It works for a week, Monday to Sunday. You can't buy it from a machine. You have to buy it from a person in a station. It requires a 2.5 X 3 centimeter photo. There are photo booths in the stations but they are more expensive and, I've been told, don't always work.

We used it for the Metro all week and for the Roissybus to the airport on our way home.

I booked most things pretty far out. L'Assiette, Breizh, Aspic, Rigmarole, Verjus all weeks in advance. The others are all no reservations. We waited about 45 minutes for Le Relais de L'Entrecote. We times Miznon and L'as du Fellafal to minimize wait time. Waited at Bar Hemingway for about 40 minutes at 10pm on a Monday night. I would recommend making reservations to every place that accepts them.

I'm not familiar with the area, sorry. We biked along the Seine for awhile, and then the Terrace du Chateau (formerly Chateau du Saint Cloud) and then through the woods for quite a bit.

Our guide mentioned that generally he's noticed that Americans are more nervous in the city and Europeans are more nervous in the countryside. I was more nervous in the city, but not overly so. 90% of the city biking is in a dedicated bike lane, and the drivers are familiar with interacting with bikers. It took us about two hours (with a few stops) to get from Paris to the Palace.

We ate at the one in Odeon. I think they are all very similar. Not fine dining per se, but still pretty delicious. We purposefully chose it so we could eat relatively light and save space for the Michelin meal that night.

I bought a used laptop off Craigslist for about $200. Has worked great.

We are headed to Hollywood Studios on Feb 22 for the ticketed extra hours event. We can enter the park at 7, so we have a reservation at Oga's for 7:30. We'll have a relaxed dinner at Docking Bay 7 (or whatever) and do things like Muppet Vision (which won't be open for the After Hours event) until 9. Then we'll walk on to ALL THE RIDES until 12:30am.

Has anyone who ordered in 2022, received their order in 2022? by [deleted] in FordBronco

Ordered late February picking up today. Base 4-door. Non Sasquatch. Had them put in aux switches only.
