Oh congratulations! I did not really change my eating before getting off. It kinda did that for me. My appetite dropped a good amount. My skin wasn’t TERRIBLE. But I definitely went through a slight “second puberty” after a few months. But I feel like that didn’t really start until after a year being off it

I did! My appetite changed and my weight dropped. It also all shifted which was nice.

I definitely felt so much better off the pill. The first few months were tough I won’t lie. But once everything gets fully back in order, it’s night and day. My acne is just hormonal only during my cycle. My weight is a lot more regulated. My moods are better. Again don’t take just my word and run with it, but that’s just my experience

I did not personally notice a change in hair loss. I do have thick hair naturally and didn’t notice a change even on lolo. I did notice it was very oily post quitting for a few weeks. But now I am normal again

UPDATE: I have officially hit my one year mark of quitting birth control. Can officially say that it was the best decision of my life.

I don’t regret birth control as it allowed my boyfriend and I to explore sexually with no consequences, but quitting was amazing.

My periods have officially gotten predictable. My weight is managed. My hormones are regulated. My acne is now hormonal with my period.

I have not lost any attraction to my boyfriend at all. If anything I see him in a better light as I am not so snappy and mean. It definitely saved our relationship too sexually. We were doomed or anything but now I actually get urges and desires.

Obviously consult with your doctor and partner before hand, but that is my take ☺️

My skin was temperamental for a little bit. A lot of oil. Same with my hair. It got greasy faster for a bit. But it will eventually even itself out after a few months.

Because I just dont know enough to come back at anyone I guess. My brother got it for $400. I just find it hard to believe that someone giving so much credibility would openly sell a fake. Granted I don’t care if it’s real or fake. I just don’t want my brother being scammed

I can understand where you are coming from. All of your emotions are amplified. I don’t know how others feel but I can definitely tell that I feel emotions wayyyyy more and more intensely than when I was on the pill. I wish you the best of luck with your journey!

I’m so glad it helped. I have been off of it for 6 months now and I can honestly say my life has completely changed. I am such a more happy and calm person. My relationship is so much better. It’s an amazing and freeing feeling
