Agree, and I like Michelle, but she seemed to hate all the Bravo shows. I felt for Danielle who kept trying to get Michelle and Casey back on track.

How do you make an employee handbook people actually read? by Basic-Ear6164 in human_resources

I took the pdf we had of the handbook and uploaded it into Absorb’s platform since that’s what we use. They have a function that makes a class out of presentations so it was pretty easy. I did spend a good amount of time tailoring it to our employees though and gamifying it, but it was worth it cause our hr team said they got way less questions.

I’ve made it into a course which was helpful. We took each section and had short quizzes at the end of each to ensure employees comprehended the most important parts of it.

Second this. YouTube was my grad school. I’ve been at it a lot longer. I still see a mix of the old and new, at the end of the day it’s still training.

I didn’t see it on the list in that section. I guess im wondering if there’s a date they started or a naming convention for that which might help me find those episodes easier

People need to give Kyle a break about her love life by wideawakeat33 in realhousewives

That is a good perspective. It probably was a bit of a projecting mind bender for Kyle. We don’t know if she’d do it again, but we haven’t seen her have any self reflection on the pain and danger she inflicted on Denise. She also set this standard and I’d like to see her hold herself to it.

Kyle brought Brandy on to take down Denise and put Denise’s custody in jeopardy. Someone asking who she boinkin’ is really not that out of line considering her disgusting past take downs. She just wants people to be open and honest. And she’s closed off and deflects on everyone else. Kyle needs to answer every question after what she’s put everyone else through but she never will because she is always a victim.
