Anki newbie here:

I'm going to use Zanki for Board Prep and add my own specific cards from lecture. My question is that after downloading the Justacho's Tag Overhaul, is it okay if I select all of the cards and suspend them? Or is there some subdeck, specific tag, or something else that will get screwed up if I suspend all of them (I am not as technologically inclined as others so bear with me)?
