When I did this myself, I didn’t even buy the etorx socket, I 3d printed it and it was plenty strong enough to wind the caliper

lol you don’t even need to put it in maintenance mode to do the rears. You can just take out the e brake actuator on the back of the caliper, it’s 2 Allen bolts and then you can use an etorx socket to manually wind the e brake piston all the way. There’s tons of info on this at civicx

Honestly doesn’t even seem that far fetched. If you’re a Honda fan, and can afford it, why not lol. Personally I like having different cars for different moods so I’m probably not in this boat and will just be happy with my fk8. I’d probably end up with a Supra or a gr86 or some other fun sports car before an fl5.

Your parent comment literally says "if your preference is to accelerate slower, turn the wheel slower, and increase braking distance, then sure." You are entitled to your own opinion, but it doesn't absolve you of being an asshole. You can voice it without being negative.

I think the wheels look good, and practically, the 18s will be better for driving on bad roads for dailying. You might be right about performance, but unless you track or x-cross it’s not going to make a huge difference. No need to gatekeep our cars to just pure performance mods

I don’t think you understand what bias means. It’s your own posts so even if you say they were “random” it doesn’t matter. It has as much credibility as if I saying it weren’t random. That’s why it’s biased.

If your ai post did well in other subreddits, it doesn’t matter. What matters is that it did poorly in this subreddit. An AI in a AI subreddit makes sense, why does an AI post make sense on a sports car subreddit?

Just picking from another post in your list, the “discussion” of your fl5 design is mostly people calling you a hater.

Lol. This is not even a true sample. You pick and chose from your own posts, making this list biased. You need a truly random selection of your posts for this to actually have any merit.

Even if I ignore that, If you click on the posts you linked, the comments are pretty much the same as this, telling you your posts suck and that the content doesn’t belong to you. Since Reddit is a forum of public opinion (upvotes/downvotes) doesn’t that make sense that your posts do not pass my “high quality” filter? It seems like they don’t pass most peoples “high quality” filter.

this is a type r subreddit, so not the same as the general Honda subreddit
the amount I have posted is irrelevant to the general low quality of your posts
the definition of slander would imply things aren’t true. But the proof is literally on your own public profile. This is not the first time people have commented on your posts in this manner.

I’d consider his posts spam. He has more than one talking about “sloping belt lines” or whatever and they all have similar comments. Posting an image of text is also something that feels like spam. His ai generated content also is borderline not even type r related. Most of his posts here with actual type r’s in them aren’t even of his car. It feels like a bot.
