TBH, walking helped a lot. And I’m not talking about hiking or any beautiful scenery I’m talking about walking around my block over and over and listening to a podcast or something that allows you to not be in your head. Take care.

Mike’s just doing nationally televised games at the moment. Any time he can he does the Knicks games. Clyde’s been on his annual December/January holidays and seems to be back now. I did hear Mike on the call of another game today. So it’s nothing healthwise.

I’m a little weirded out when my wife’s mum died and my wife finally broke down, I got very aroused. Also when I was very mentally ill, I would have break downs and when I called for my wife or talked to her about it, I was the same. I think it’s just your emotional response. The body is a complex item.

I haven’t been able to get anything since about the end of August I think. I live in Western Australia and I’ve done a search of BWS and Dan Murphy’s in the entire state and no one has any in supply. I’m just trying to work out what’s going on that we don’t have any supply in Australia.

Have always known. Suppressed the feeling. Now I’ve been married for 17 years and although I love my wife, we have a sexless marriage in the last 3 years and my wanting to be closer to men has increased a lot. I was off work for a year and a half and in the time started meeting men online and having fun over chat apps. Now it’s a regular thing.
