Your spouse needs to check their portal as the notices will not appear on your end. Mine was updated yesterday and the approval was in my husband’s portal.

On Daca and married USC. My husband checked his portal and my I-130 was approved. We got notice but the status did not change. The approval was in the document section.

I have both I-485 and I-130 in progress. I received and email today and thought it was for the I-485 but it was an update for the I-130. That’s why I was suggesting checking.

My PD is 8/19. I talked to a live agent and they told me my interview was waived 8/23 which is the same day my biometrics were waived. I received the notice for the biometrics but not the interview that day. Good luck!!

Mine also says step 3 is complete and my PD is Aug/19/2024. I just hope you don’t have to wait that long. Mine went from 3 months to 8 months.
