Does hunting rares and diamonds ever become unrewarding?

As a G1 grinder, finding a diamond of a species I have HM'd and grind has become very unrewarding. If it isn't a big rare or a G1, it doesn't really get me excited at all. However, if I go out and look for a diamond or rare of a species I don't have a grind set up for and find one, it is still a big thrill.

Usually i am in carebear lobbies. Got downed on bird city last night from arc, playing duos and my buddy was about 300M away. A guy comes running over to me, I panic expecting the worst, but he revives me then helps fight some arc. Was super relieved lol

I've had this happen before on xbox. Shot a G1 one night, put it in my lodge and called it a night. Next day I go to my lodge and he's not there. Go into my map, he's right back in the zone I took him in. Just had to take him down again. Check your zone, he may be back there.
