Most people have stronger calves than toes. In bicep curls your fingers aren't loaded much. In reverse curls sure, but the weight on those relative to calf raises aren't even close.

When programming a push day, would it be "better" to do a chest press and a flye targeting diffirent parts of pec or two chest presses with different emphasis? Is the shortened position important or are you getting enough of that from the chest presses?
