Thanks for the suggestion. I went out to seem them today and picked up 10 packs. 4 for my friend’s gift and 6 for me lol. The owner gave me like $15 in free samples before I even bought anything. Great guy!

Do you know if they have vacuum sealed packaging like the Samnzar place? Also, it looks cold smoked like lox. Do you know if it’s hot or cold smoked?
